Obsidian Entertainment hat Patch 1.3 für Pentiment veröffentlicht, welcher unter anderem für 120 Bilder pro Sekunde auf Xbox sorgt (womit neidische Blicke auf die PS5-Version ein Ende haben). Die englischen Patchnotes lesen sich folgendermaßen:
- Fix for the High Contrast accessibility option not rendering correctly.
- 120fps enabled for Xbox Series X.
- Updated Icon (PS4/5, Switch).
- Updated Platinum Trophy name (“Historia Tassiae” PS4/5).
- Updated PS4/5 controller graphics.
