Steve: “Our tech team is so excited to take advantage of the high speed cores and the other really cool features of it. There’s just such a backlog for dev kits. So we definitely have plans and when we get a dev kit, we will be doing a custom build for Warframe. Faster Load times, there’s a lot of stuff that we can do to take advantage of extra cores that we can’t until we get a dev kit”

Nate “The Hate”: “Some devs I’ve spoken to have expressed great deal of frustration — all of this I touched on in the last podcast; but it makes planning for the coming fiscal year a challenge for them & beyond. Companies have games they would love to port to the system & they can’t because Nintendo will not communicate any window of devkit arrival. Some have said it feels like Nintendo is treating the system as a secret… despite it having launched a month ago.
I’ve heard some wild industry speculation as to a potential reason; but it’s not something I’d share without sufficient backing.
Many partners are not pleased with how devkit distribution has been handled with Switch 2.”
