Publisher Aksys Games gibt bekannt, dass Code: Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~ im Frühjahr in Europa physisch und digital exklusiv für PS4 verfügbar sein wird. Enthalten sind Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ und Code: Realize ~Future Blessings~. Letzterer Titel erscheint bei uns, ebenfalls im Frühjahr, auch einzeln für Vita.
Eine für den US-Markt angekündigte Limited Edition von Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ wurde bisher noch nicht für Europa bestätigt.
