Rip Star Clay Fox…

TV personality Adam Conover has not one, but two big stories to share with Nintendo fans. He shared new details on the Legend of Zelda/Netflix project that fell apart, but that’s not his only secret. Turns out Nintendo was working on another animated feature with a different company altogether.

While most will know Adam Conover from the TV show Adam Ruins Everything, his first big break was at CollegeHumor. While he was working at that company, Conover says that CollegeHumor and Nintendo were partnering up for some sort of StarFox project. It seems this was a claymation feature, rather than a game. According to Conover, the feature was going to be similar in style to The Fantastic Mr. Fox.

Why didn’t this project ever see the light of day? Conover says the leaks of the Legend of Zelda live-action series with Netflix made Nintendo upset, so they not only cancelled those plans, but plans for other projects outside of games at that time. That means the StarFox claymation feature was a casualty of the whole Netflix situation.

It’s a shame Nintendo decided to yank support, as this project sounds like it could have been really cool! You can hear the whole conversation about it at the 39:47 mark above.

Nicht nur NSO wird im Hintergrund auf ein baldiges Update vorbereitet, an der Serverinfrastruktur wird auch geschraubt. Ich habe keine Ahnung, ob das nun gut, schlecht oder egal ist. Keines dieser Wörter sagt mir etwas.

Nintendo is preparing a big multiplayer overhaul, probably for games in development in 2020: every task currently taken by NEX is going to be switched over to NPLN. It's currently in a preview phase, and the Monster Hunter demo was a way to test how it worked under load.

In meinen Augen hätte ich zeitlich einsteigen können. Reddit hatte mir schon mal vor Ewigkeiten r/WallStreetBets empfohlen. Ich hatte das zwar auf dem Schirm, aber ich habe nicht das nötige Kapital, das es sich gelohnt hätte, die Aktien zu kaufen. Für ein wenig cash war mir das Risiko zu hoch. Und um ehrlich zu sein, ich habe die da nicht ganz ernst genommen, dass es sich so entwickeln wird. Im Nachhinein ärgert es mich. Aber ich bin aktuell immer noch arbeitssuchend. Wenn es nicht das große Geld geworden wäre, dann hätte sich die ARGE daran bedient.

Wie Hideki Kamiya bereits sagte, es wäre am besten wenn wir vergessen das Bayonetta 3 angekündigt wurde.

Today's disclosure confirms that Bayonetta 3, "Metroid Prime 4 (temp)," and "the sequel to Breath of the Wild (temp)" are still in development, but none have release dates. No other surprise game reveals (or Switch Pro).

In GU waren die Katzen auf Koks, mit extrem viel Tiefgang. Technisch gesehen waren die Katzen die 15. Waffenart, weil man als Katze spielen konnte. Die Katzen wurden mit festen Seeds random generiert und man konnte Fähigkeiten von einer Katze zur nächsten trainieren und diese dann auch tauschen. Ich werde nie vergessen wie ich im SEV (Schienenersatz Verkehr) saß und zufällig auf Twitter laß, dass Gaijin Hunter seine OP-Katzen online tauscht. Ich habe dann verzweifelt versucht mit meinem 3DS online zu gehen und gleichzeitig auf Twitch zu verfolgen ob er noch weiter macht. Ich spiele heute immer noch mit den Katzen von Gaijin und Canta an meiner Seite. <3

Und es gab so viel verdammt guten Cross Over DLC. (^_^)

Sega Sammy Group also announced an absorption-type corporate split of Sammy Corporation and Sega Group Corporation “to transform its business structure to adapt to the external environment” and “build an even more efficient structure for the head office operations of [Sega Sammy] Group,” also as of April 1.

Ich bin noch gespalten was den Doge angeht, werde wahrscheinlich lieber zwei Katzenkumpels mitnehmen. Das auch auf geraden Strecken mit dem Hund driften schneller ist, das ist dämlich. Ich habe keine Lust den Drift-Button zu spammen und nehme lieber mehr Support mit.

Ich hoffe es gibt noch wie in Generations Ultimate viele verschiedene Support Typen für Katzen.

Wenn wir schon bei Katzen sind. So langsam könnte Capcom mal die Katze aus dem Sack lassen und sich dazu äußern, wie das nun mit der Deko und den Charms ist. Hoffentlich machen die nicht wieder Dekorationen zu einer RNG-Belohnung, das ist bs². Ich bin allgemein dafür das es bis auf die Monster Parts zero randomness geben sollte. Man sollte aus Lust an der Freude spielen und nicht weil man 500h spielt und immer noch keinen vernünftigen Charm hat.
