Ein Pardon gibt keine Immunität bei state crimes. Gegen Trump laufen einige Klagen, für die er sich zu verantworten hat. Ein Grund im Amt bleiben zu wollen.

Ein solcher Schritt ist nicht unumstritten, könnte am Ende nach hinten losgehen:
